Optimum Coping Options
Optimum offers several way to finish off the installation of you new swimming pool. Different types of coping are used depending on the type of installation you are performing. No matter in the pool is completely above ground or you are building a deck, Optimum has the right coping to give your new pool a professional finish.
Optimum CP2 Coping
This coping kit is supplied on all inground installed Optium pools. This CP2 system provides a smooth finished edge when used with pavers, wood or other decking systems. This coping kit also has the bead track attched. The bead track is where the pool liner is connected to the top of the pool wall.
Optimum Standard Coping
This s the standard coping supplied with above ground and semi inground installations. It acts as a cap or finishing trim piece for the top of the pool. The coping also has the bead track with is where the beaded liner snaps in and is secured. Standard coping coping is 2″ wide. This is the coping that would be used if no decking is planned.
Optimum Premium Coping
Optimum pool offers a premium coping kit for swimming pools installed above ground or semi-inground. This premium coping kit is an upgrade from the standard coping and gives the pool a wider top ledge of 4″.
